Shipping Information
Yes. Orders over $150 CAD shipping to Ontario ship free via Canada Post Expedited. Orders $100+ choose Canada Post Expedited ($10 CAD, 1-5 business days) or Xpress ($15 CAD, 1-2 business days). Orders under $100 CAD (after discounts) pay double shipping: $20 Expedited or $30 Xpress.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilized (powder): store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, keep in a freezer at -20°C. Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2°C to 8°C and use within your research protocol timeframe (typically 4–6 weeks).
Payment Information
We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. For e-Transfer, send payment to the recipient shown at checkout, answer the security question, and put your order number in the message/note field so we can match your payment. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed.
Return & Exchange
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Contact support to request cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
