Yes. Vector Labs offers free shipping on orders over $150 CAD when shipping to Ontario. Other Canadian provinces are charged the standard flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Storage & Handling
Lyophilized (powder): store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, keep in a freezer at -20°C. Reconstituted: refrigerate at 2°C to 8°C and use within your research protocol timeframe (typically 4–6 weeks).
Payment Information
We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. Instructions are provided at checkout. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed.
Return & Exchange
Yes, if your order has not shipped yet. Contact support to request cancellation. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
