Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Canadian addresses. Packaging is discreet and plain with no indication of contents on the exterior label.
Shipping Options
Choose between Canada Post Expedited ($10 CAD, 1–5 business days) or Canada Post Xpress ($15 CAD, 1–2 business days) at checkout. Orders under $100 CAD (after discounts) are charged double shipping: $20 Expedited or $30 Xpress.
Free Shipping (Ontario)
Free Canada Post Expedited shipping is available on orders over $150 CAD when the shipping address is in Ontario. Canada Post Xpress remains available on the same order at the applicable Xpress rate ($15 CAD, or $30 CAD when the order is under $100) if faster delivery is preferred.
Processing Times
Orders paid Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day shipping. Orders paid after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays ship on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
We ship via Canada Post. Expedited Parcel typically arrives in 1–5 business days; Xpresspost typically arrives in 1–2 business days depending on destination. Remote areas may take longer.
